VISION The Peoria Public Schools Foundation champions real andpositivechange inPeoria Public Schools. It successfully devotes its expertise and fundraising capabilities to serve as a catalyst to implement bold ideas that achieve remarkable outcomes for our children. VALUES We value our public school systemand know the importance it plays in preparing the kids in our community for a successful future. We strive to positively impact each student in Peoria Public Schools.

WHAT WE DO ThePPSFoundation is aprivate, independent 501(c)(3) organization established in 1992. Our board raises, manages and invests private contributions in ways we believe will help maximize the effectiveness of the substantial public investments our taxpayers already make in the schools. When schools and staff cannot do or fund a project on their own, the Foundation steps in to help. In addition, we run an extremely successful Career Exploration program for K-5 and middle school students. We also provide financial assistance and new uniforms to students in need, manage 26 Little Free

Pantries and Little Free Libraries, administer a high school andmiddle school scholarship program, a Classroom Grant program and so much more! DID YOU KNOW? We have reached over 30,000 PPS students in our Career Exploration programs! Since 2013, we have impacted 6,075middle school students in our Horizons Clubs plus 24,000 K-5 students in our See it Be it Program since it began in 2018.
