CORE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES: In response to these current health priorities, here is a highlight of some of Hult Center’s programs and services:  Youth Mental Health Matters and Suicide Prevention Education helps people of all ages to recognize warning signs, navigate tough conversations and reach out for help.  Your Amazing Body! provides pre-kin dergarten studentswith social-emotional learning in their classroom setting.  Adolescent Health Empowerment Program empowers adolescents to take charge of their health.  WELL (Wellness Education and Lifestyle Learning) Program provides health coaching for adolescents at-risk for type 2 diabetes.  Oncology Support Programs and Services offers; nutrition, mental health, and healthy living programs to empower anyone at any stage of their cancer journey. VISION Hult Center for Healthy Living is the premier nonprofit provider of comprehensive health education and wellness services for people of all ages. WHAT WE DO 32 YEARS OF HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION Hult Center’s mission of “Empowering people to live healthier lives” often brings back nostalgic memories of field trips, teaching children the importance of proper nutrition, dental health and positive self esteem. What most don’t know about Hult Center is that as the health needs of the community change, Hult Center’s programs and services are adapted to fill these needs. COMMUNITY-DRIVEN EFFORTS Hult Center’s team of public health professionals works closely with the Partnership for a Healthy Community – a

community-driven partnership composed of local community agencies, health departments, hospitals and stakeholders - in the review, planning and implementation of targeted health initiatives that will address the community’s identif ied health priorities. This year-long strategic process to identify needs and choose impactful strategic interventions has been implemented for over 30 years. INTERVENTIONS THAT MAKE THE BIGGEST IMPACT Mental health, substance use, obesity and obesity-related diseases, and cancer are the top four most concerning health needs of our tri-county communities. Hult Center employs a variety of health professionals and works alongside community partners to plan, implement and evaluate health education and interventions that will make the biggest impact in the health of our community.
