WHAT WE DO HOIBBBS is a youthmentoring organization that matches adult volunteers (“Bigs”) with youth in our community (“Littles”) in one to-one mentoring relationships. DID YOU KNOW? We have 70 kids on our youth waiting list that are waiting to be matched with their very own Big. More than 85% of those kids are boys waiting for a Big Brother because we don’t get as manymale volunteers as we do female volunteers. Many of our Littles come from single-parent households and would greatly benefit from one-on-one attention from a trusted adult mentor!
