Educational services at Easterseals Central Illinois Learning Academy and family IEP support. DID YOU KNOW? Easterseals Central Illinois serves over 5,000 families each year. Last year we provided over 36,000 hours of pediatric therapy. 1 in 6 children are diagnosed with a developmental delay. 1 in 44 children are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Easterseals Central Illinois has over 200 employees. Easterseals Central Illinois is the only organization to hold the highest level of accreditation for our rehabilitative (CARF) and behavioral health services (BHCOE). HOW TO HELP Easterseals Central Illinois is supported by generous individuals and companies, dedicated volunteers and stakeholders. We are looking for volunteers for our annual iCan Bike program, held at the EastSide Centre in July. Volunteer your time, join an event committee, help spread awareness or make a charitable contribution to help children with disabilities reach their full potential. WHAT WE DO Easterseals Central Illinois works to ensure that children in our community can reach their full potential. We serve children in central Illinois frombirth through age 21. By working together with families, we identify goals for each child and work to achieve them. Our services include: Pediatric therapy services including: Applied Behavior Analysis, counseling, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech-language therapy. Community programs including: Autism New Diagnosis Orientation, specialized trainings for organizations or families, aquatic programs, Ability Awareness program in local schools and iCan Bike camp Clinics and specialty programs including: Assistive Technology Clinic, Autism Early Diagnostic Clinic, Cerebral Palsy Clinic, Orofacial Anomalies Clinic, The ALEX program for CVI.
