The latest spring fashions straight from the designers them selves — from casual to formal, including bridal gowns — were on display at the Peoria Country Club. All proceeds from the event benefited the Peoria Promise Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting economic development through educational grants that allow Peoria high school graduates to complete a college or vocational program 1
