Payment – We accept checks or major credit cards, or can establish Net 30 day payment terms to qualifying customers. Credit card payments on Net30 accounts are subject to a 3% service charge. Leasing – Complete an online application with our lending partner to see if you qualify for leasing, see bottom of this page. Shipping – Most products ship UPS from our St. Paul factory. We strive to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order on standard catalog products. Warranty – All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Damage due to negligence, abnormal usage, accidents, or alteration is not covered by this warranty. MyTana stocks repair and common wear items for your convenience. ELECTRONICS: MyTana does all our own after sale service, warranty work and equipment repair at our Factory Repair Center here in St. Paul, MN. Returns – Subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-returnable. Looking for a financing option that won’t tie you down? Look no further than our 12+1 (13 month) program. Here’s how it works: 1. Take the amount to be financed and divide by 12. 2. Make 13 monthly payments of that amount and you’re done! Example: $7,500 ÷ 12 = 13 payments of $625 Our leasing partner also offers other financing programs with low payments from 24 to 60 months, all with the option of a $1.00 buyout at the end of the term.
