Supreme Court Issued Order AF 06-0163

Comments-Request - All members of the bench and bar of Montana and any other interested persons are granted until September 25, 2024, to file comments to the attached proposed revisions to the Montana Rules and Regulations for Continuing Legal Education. On June 25, 2024, the Supreme Court of Montana issued an order inviting feedback from stakeholders regarding the proposed revision of MCLE Rule 8.B.2. This revision aims to broaden the definition of “competence as a lawyer” to encompass judges, supervised paralegals, and other professionals engaged in the justice system’s administration.
