We are seeking a solution-oriented, highly skilled and professional attorney to join our team. You will be re sponsible for performing a variety of legal tasks related to tribal operations. Serving as in-house counsel to provide legal expertise to the tribal government on a wide range of matters, including governance, litigation, economic development, federal law compliance, internal opera tions, protect and enhance tribal sovereignty. Being the in-house counsel, this position must devote full time to the duties of the office and shall not directly or indirectly engage in the private practice of law or in an occupation conflicting with such duties. FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY: The Judnich Law Office is a busy and expanding team that focuses on a very co hesive atmosphere for all our team members to work in. The Office has locations in Missoula, Bozeman and now has opened a location in Helena, Montana. We are seek ing the right candidate to add onto our existing Helena team. A successful candidate will be expected to have prior family law specific experience and a working knowledge of Montana criminal law. This position requires standard in office hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Base Salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 DOE, and a bonus structure is in place for quarterly bonuses. This opportunity is for an in office, full time experi enced attorney position in our Helena, Montana office. This position will focus mainly on family law/divorce matters as well as criminal defense matters. The MMA is a physician-member organization dedicated to advancing the medical profession while serving physi cian, resident, and medical student members. It seeks a CEO with experience in physician or healthcare-related member organizations and a strong focus on advocacy, communications, and member and business relations. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO leads the daily operations and administration of the MMA and its related organizations which include MTMedPAC, MMA Foundation, and association management service con tracts.
