We are seeking a solution-oriented, highly skilled and professional attorney to join our team. You will be re sponsible for performing a variety of legal tasks related to tribal operations. Serving as in-house counsel to provide legal expertise to the tribal government on a wide range of matters, including governance, litigation, economic development, federal law compliance, internal opera tions, protect and enhance tribal sovereignty. Being the in-house counsel, this position must devote full time to the duties of the office and shall not directly or indirectly engage in the private practice of law or in an occupation conflicting with such duties.
