A substantial portion of Ms. Buss’s practice is concentrated on low-income housing tax credit apartment projects and mul tifamily housing finance matters. She is often the lead attorney for BJM with various nonprofit and for-profit project owners and developers, lenders, housing authorities, consultants, and other proj ect participants.
