During this strange time, the benefit of flying privately has rapidly become a necessity that transcends convenience and productivity. At Million Air, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers. We’re working to ensure your travel plans and experiences are as worry-free as possible. Our promise is to provide a clean and safe environment for air travel. Million Air has been closely following developments and releases of the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other government health agencies as they relate to Covid-19 (also known as novel coronavirus), and we have been proactive in enhancing our existing health and safety practices, as well as implementing new courses of action. Our FBOs are following recommendations to safeguard all who travel through our facilities. Million Air has enhanced and/or implemented the following practices: Prevention The best lines of defense are good hygiene and social distancing. The following measures are in place at Million Air FBOs, both in scheduled tasks and daily practice, by every employee: • Washing hands frequently for at least 20 seconds using soap and hot water • Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available • Properly covering coughs and sneezes, and throwing away tissues • Disinfecting surfaces and shared equipment every two to four hours, or as needed • Providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer at the front desk, bathrooms, flight-planning room, pilot lounges and other spaces that are communally shared • Removing any unwrapped foods from our hospitality bars that are accessible by unprotected hands • Disinfectant wipe-down of all returned rental cars We will continue to update our health and safety practices as new information is received.
