Welcome aboard, and welcome to the world of Million Air! The dream of becoming a pilot was ingrained in me from a young age. Growing up near an airport, attending air shows, and witnessing planes take o ff fueled my love for aviation. Little did I know that a chance encounter with a pilot — whose yard I mowed — would set the course for a career fi lledwith extraordinary opportunities. At 18, I found myself fl ying for iconic entertainers such as Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, Sting and Elton John. It was a surreal experience, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had such a unique opportunity at a young age — seeing the world and getting to fl y these legendary artists. The experience of fl ying for these renowned fi gures signi fi cantlyin fl uenced my perspective on the aviation business, as I visited FBO after FBO. It became evident that service was the de fi ning factor in the ability to provide a great vs mediocre experience. My time as a charter pilot shaped my understanding of what customers really value in this industry. Million Air, in my view, embodies the essence of fi rst-class service in aviation. Evolving from the era when airport facilities were mere gas stations, today we exude elegance and sophistication in everything we do. Our journey began with Million Air Dallas 40 years ago, and we now proudly stand with 36 locations. Looking ahead, the question of how big we will become remains uncertain. Our focus is on organic growth that feels right, so we prioritize exclusivity over sheer size. We are deliberate in expanding to locations where our presence can make a meaningful di ff erence, in direct response to the desires of our customers. We fi rmly believe our true product is the fi rst impression we create for a community. Understanding that fi rst impressions are formed within the initial six seconds of meeting someone, we see it as our responsibility to represent the essence of each city when a customer lands at one of our locations. As we celebrate the 40th anniversary of Million Air, I take pride in our brand’s history and feel blessed to be part of this remarkable journey. At Million Air, our objectives are clear — to establish robust infrastructure and business strategies that ensure consistent service, reduced operating costs ande ff ective management of not only our brand but also our customers’ experience, image and reputation.
