Welcome aboard, and welcome to the world of Million Air! I am excited to announce that Million Air has implemented a board of directors for the company, with General Ronald R Fogleman, former 15th chief of sta ff of the US Air Force, as chairman. Million Air has been named the Best Large FBO Chain for the last 11 years by Professional Pilot Magazine , but we will never feel entitled to that honor. This board of directors was formed to help keep our edge, to remain focused on providing the best possible service, facilities, and value to our customers through continuously improving our operations. General Fogleman brings extensive expertise in leadership, international and military a ff airs, and air operations to Million Air’s board of directors. He is a pilot himself! It is a privilege to know the man and an honor to be counseled by him. I am con fi dent the General will bring a fresh perspective in tackling our company’s mission, recalibrating, and challenging our strate g y. As Million Air ushers in a new year, each of the new external board members will utilize their unique skills to help prioritize di ff erent aspects of the organization’s growth and mitigate any blind spots. General Fogleman and I are building out that board together. Our plan at Million Air is to open a minimum of six new locations in the next two years and support extensive sustainability goals we are holding ourselves to. We are growing, and we are growing fast! Developing a set of external and objective perspectives will be instrumental in executing this growth strate g y. At Million Air, creativity, anticipation of customer needs, and innovation are key to our successful operation. We will continue to make every decision with you in mind.
