Energizing Morning Routine for Massage Therapists M orning routines are what help set the tone for the rest of your day. Starting your day with a few exercises focused on your physical and mental health helps you give your best to your clients without depleting yourself. These six morning rituals will help you rise and shine! Wake Up and Hydrate Start your day by waking up and drinking a full glass of water to rehydrate your body after sleep. Add a slice of lemon or a pinch of Himalayan salt for an extra boost of electrolytes. Why? Hydration improves circulation, supports joint health and jumpstarts metabolism.
