Program Description The Human Resources Management technical diploma program builds and enhances human resources skills for current and aspiring supervisors, managers, lead workers, union of fi cials and those transitioning into roles in human resources. It also ladders into the Human Resources and Leadership Development associate degree programs. Designed for both emerging and experienced professionals, the program supports career advancement through human resources-focused training.
