VETERANS SERVICES (MILITARY EDUCATION SUPPORT OFFICE – MESO) We proudly recognize recipients of the GI Bill . If youplan to take advantage of federal or state military educational bene fi ts, paperwork should be submitted prior to the start of each semester . We handle all certifying and processing of educational bene fi ts at the Downtown Milwaukee Campus . For ef fi ciency, please contact the proper of fi ce — all military service, veterans and dependents educational bene fi ts are processed in the MESO of fi ce only . Keep in mind you may be eligible for other types of fi nancial aid in addition to VA bene fi ts . And, MATC offers eligible student veterans and current military service members priority registration for each term in keeping with state law . TUTORS AND ACADEMIC SUCCESS

Tutors are ready to guide you in person, in groups or virtually through your coursework . Plus, tutoring is open to all students . Find a tutor at the Academic Success Centers located on each campus or get specialized help at these centers: • Writing & Technology Center: Use the computers and internet for free, or print assignments (printing fees apply) . Improve your writing with assistance from staff who can guide you through course-related written assignments . • Math & Science Center: Get help from tutors and staff with all the sciences and math, and use the anatomy and other science models . • Academic Success Centers at Mequon, Oak Creek and West Allis: Get tutoring help in general education subjects, use the computers, and study with the anatomy and other science models .
