Do not eat or drink while wearing retainer. Do not wrap the retainer in tissue paper or a napkin. Do not keep your retainer in your pocket or a backpack without the retainer being in its case. Do not boil your retainer or keep in a hot place.

DO

Do keep your retainer in its case at all times when not in use. Do keep retainer away from pets. Pets will chew and destroy the retainer.

CLEANING

IF YOU LOSE YOUR RETAINER, CALL THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY BRING YOUR RETAINER TO ALL APPOINTMENTS! There are several soaking methods, some say, that you may use. All have advantages and disadvantages.
