The Mitutoyo automatic gage block comparator is an easy-to-operate dual-head gage block inspecting system that automatically compares workpieces to a standard gage block. The Mitutoyo automatic gage block comparator measures accuracies such as central length, maximum length, minimum length and parallelism by comparing a workpiece to a standard gage block. The GBCD-100A gage block comparator uses dual gage heads for quick dimensional comparisons that are highly accurate and uses the GBPAK-A software to output results to a PC.
