Ingram's October 2022

In 1997, Ingram’s introduced its annual Top Doctors feature, showcasing an elite group of physicians who have demonstrated exceptional skill in delivering medical care. The over-arching guidance we gave to nominators from the medical community was simple: “If you were the patient with a serious condition, or if it involved a family member, which doctor would you turn to for the highest level of care?” From that, we have been able to select and profile 317 physicians—on average, only about twelve hon orees each year. Considering the size of this region’s provider community, with thousands of general practitioners and specialists, each group of annual honorees was indeed part of a select few. This year, we’re unveiling our 2022 class of Top Doctors. There has never been a better time for organizations operating in the health-care space to put forward their best examples of physician care, or to market other aspects of their operations that help make the KC region a multi-state magnet for care.
