To qualify, your company must meet each of the following qualifications - Be headquartered in KC’s 22-county area. - Be an independent company, (not a subsidiary or division of another company) - Have started earning revenue by March 31, 2019. - Had revenues of no less than $200,000 in 2019. - Had revenues of no less than $1,000,000 in 2022. - Report all revenues for any companies acquired during the period 2019-2022. - Report all revenues on the accrual basis. Companies that regularly report financials on a cash basis MUST SUBMIT CONVERTED, ACCRUAL-BASED REVENUE FIGURES . Revenues must be verified with following documentation, along with the name and contact number for your company’s CPA: ■ CorporateTax Return : Include the first page and the page that indicates that accrual account- ing was used to prepare the return. ■ Financial Statements : Audited, reviewed or compiled preferred, including the accounting opinion letter and income statement from financial statements that have been audited, reviewed or compiled by an independent accounting firm.
