TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK Using a team system to organize your yearbook staff

Where You Lead, I Will Follow. A team, led by their team leader, gathers together to learn camera skills at the beginning of the year. Team leads provided leadership to their teams by teaching them necessary skills, assigning tasks and monitoring each team member’s progress.
