diesel prices across the supply chain, which effects the cost of virtually all consumer goods. The Set 2 final rule includes a 70 percent reallocation of small refinery exemptions (SRE) granted for 2023–2025. And partially waives the 2025
cellulosic biofuel volume requirement and revises the associated percentage standard due to a shortfall in cellulosic biofuel production. The final volume requirements, SRE reallocation volumes, and total applicable volumes are listed below.
