ENGINEERED FLOORING LAMINATION SYSTEMS COMPLETE
A Complete Material Handling and Lamination System for Producing Engineered Flooring
This complete system includes a core board feeder, hot melt roller coater, lay-up conveyor, multi-nip rotary laminator, and flying cutoff saw. The core board feeder automatically feeds core boards into the hot melt roller coater. The hot melt roller coater then applies a uniform
coating of hot melt PUR adhesive to the top side of the cores. Wear layer lamellas are then manually placed on top of the coated cores as they are being processed down the layup conveyor into the multi-nip laminator where the pieces are laminated together. After the boards exit the laminator they are cut to specific lengths by the flying cutoff saw.
