This new, three-day in-person course is designed for those with at least one year of sand and finish experience. Led by Jason Elquest, NWFA Regional Instructor/owner of Blackhawk Floors, and Cesar Cardona of Cardona Flooring, it covered ways to get customers back into their homes and businesses sooner with the use of UV and LED light curing systems. This course introduces wood flooring professionals to the technology behind these quick-curing systems as well as the safety, application and curing processes, maintenance, and repairs for UV/LED cured floors. “One of the biggest benefits is planting the seed.
