IZAIAH BARROW iSANDNEWYORK

Izaiah Barrow of iSandNewYork has built two Bronx-based initiatives that serve his community and build its future workforce. Through Theory9, he has supported thousands of families in the Kingsbridge neighborhood with food distributions, volunteer programs, and civic engagement. A Floorman’s Dream complements that work by giving youth hands-on hardwood flooring training, mentorship, and access to industry certifications and apprenticeships.

BRANDON DUDEK VIVID HARDWOOD FLOORING LLC

After 19 years in business, Brandon Dudek of Vivid Hardwood Flooring in Tecumseh, Michigan felt compelled to give back. When a prospective client called saying he couldn’t afford the work, Dudek provided a complimentary floor refinishing. Alongside his son, Maddox, and a crew from Vivid Hardwood, they refinished 400 square feet of flooring and a flight of stair treads in a week, finally allowing a family of five to move into their home.
