Luminous Flooring is a family-owned business, and Grace Lewis has truly grown up in it. She started helping at 14 years old by answering phones, entering bills, and keeping the office organized. By the time she turned 18, she was working full-time and taking on a broader range of responsibilities. Today, Lewis manages a variety of roles in the office, including human resources, marketing, administrative tasks, finance, and customer relations. The company is heavily involved with the NWFA, and she serves on the Emerging Leaders Council. Lewis has attended the NWFA Expos as well as the NWFA Leadership Summit, which she says have been incredible opportunities to connect, learn, and grow within the industry. Lewis also participated in local trade school job fairs alongside the NWFA, introducing students to the career opportunities the wood flooring industry offers. She is passionate about sharing her company’s many experiences with the NWFA’s training programs and highlighting the benefits of becoming a member.

In his first year, he achieved exceptional growth and acquired a second territory in Santa Rosa/Marin, now serving customers across Solano, Napa, and Marin counties. He is an NWFA Certified Sales Advisor and has partnered with Loba-Wakol to provide hands-on refinishing training for his crews. A U.S. military veteran, Linda brings discipline, focus, and strong leadership to his teams, and he consistently mentors others in the trade, embodying the values of innovation, professionalism, and integrity that drive the future of the flooring industry. Linda actively supports Para Ti Global, a nonprofit dedicated to children’s health and education in underserved communities worldwide. Locally, he has contributed to community projects and educational initiatives, sharing knowledge and mentoring individuals interested in flooring and the trades. These efforts reflect his belief that business success must be paired with giving back, whether through charitable causes, veteran support, or training the next generation of craftsmen.
21. Matthew Lindenmuth President PA Acquisto BINGHAMTON, NY Matthew Lindenmuth serves as the president of PA Acquisto, bringing more than two decades of expertise in the hardwood flooring industry. While he started as an edger, Lindenmuth has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to
excellence, advancing through dedication and skill. He is an NWFA Certified Sand and Finish Professional and Certified Sales Advisor, actively enhancing his expertise by attending the annual NWFA Expo. Renowned for his exceptional work ethic, Lindenmuth consistently delivers superior results in every project. His deep knowledge and hands-on experience have established him as a respected leader in the industry. Lindenmuth is an active participant at his church, where he generously volunteers his time and expertise to support family, friends, and local initiatives.
