To achieve each certification, specific online and hands-on testing must be completed. Available certifications include Certified Sales Advisor (CSA), Certified Installer (CI), Certified Sand & Finisher (CSF), and Certified Wood Flooring Inspector (CWFI). Included below is a list of individuals who became Certified Professionals between September 2, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Becoming an NWFA Certified Professional enhances professional credibility, offers customers peace of mind, and generates new business by appearing on the NWFA’s “Find a Professional” search feature for consumers.
