Once all of the furniture was built and installed, the floors were ready to be sanded and finished. “This was such a fun project to be a part of and it was so rewarding to see the final product,” says Ahearn. “I’m very appreciative of my boss, John Griffiths, and our customer, Alex Lira, for letting me be a part of this job.”

ULC LEVEL-SEAL 500

Level-Seal is a two component urethane

leveling compound capable of creating a moisture barrier of up to 18#’s CC or 97%RH. Once cured, installation can begin by applying adhesive directly to the urethane sealer. Also suitable for use with ERP 270, creating an industrial epoxy flooring installation. ULC 500 must be spread to a minimal thickness of 1/32” but can be applied at a much thicker rate. The convenience of leveling and sealing a floor in one product, and all in one application.
