LISTEN Each semester, we will launch a

LEARN Through the ThoughtExchange, our community can view which responses rise to the top as primary concerns. The built-in qualitative data analysis tools help to easily see your priorities so we can develop an action plan to address concerns or strengthen the things you love!

LAUNCH Once the feedback window closes, a committee will review top concerns and develop a plan to communicate, clarify questions, and determine possible solutions. Then, we will share our action steps on our website, social media, podcast, and more!

ThoughtExchange. ThoughtExchange is a platform that helps us quickly gain unbiased, critical insights to improve decision-making. We choose an open-ended question, and participants confidentially share their answers and rate each other’s responses.

CONCERN: SAFETY & BULLYING Goal: Parents, students, and staff will clearly understand bullying and how to report it. CONCERN: FOOD OPTIONS & TASTE OF FOOD Goal: Evaluate what students enjoy eating and make adjustments based on feedback. T hrough Goose Talks , a community feedback process, we asked the community, staff, and students what they appreciate about our schools and some things we can improve. Seven concerns were identified.

CONCERN: ENTERING GRADES ON TIME Goal: Implement a process to monitor grades entered by teachers.

CONCERN: LIMITED TIME TO EAT LUNCH Goal: Students will be allotted a minimum of 10 minutes to eat breakfast and 20 minutes to eat lunch. CONCERN: OVERTESTING IN THE CLASSROOM Goal: Daily checks for understanding for a reduction in summative assessments. CONCERN: DELAYED SPED TESTING Goal: Implement a process to monitor grades entered by teachers.

CONCERN: STUDENT ENGAGEMENT IN THE CLASSROOM Goal: Improve teacher/student relationships.
