It’s been a busy year getting our new website launched! We hope the changes will make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable. Here are a few highlights to help you navigate: • Current Promotions Page: This shows all the current promo codes. You can click the link at the top of the home page, or in the green page footer under “Resources.” • Compare Items: You can add up to 4 items to compare, using the icon found at the top right of the website. • Wishlist: If registered as a customer, under “My Account” found at the top right of the website, you can create a wishlist. You can also fi nd all your previous orders! • Chat Feature: You can send us a message during business hours using the “Let’s Chat” or the conversation bubble icon that shows up at the bottom right of the website. If we’re not available, we will email you back within 24 business hours. • Quoting Shipping: You can add items to your cart and use the “Estimated Shipping” feature to get an immediate shipping cost at the cart level. You can also use the “Request A Shipping Quote” link to get a custom quote to see if we can condense your order better than our automated system. These quotes will be returned via email, usually within 24 business hours, with an option for you to check out if you desire. Items that ship via truck freight will require a shipping quote. • Newsletter Sign Up: Now found in the bottom right corner of the footer on any page. You’ll get fi rst notice of all promos and timely gardening advice via our blog articles. You’ll also get a discount code once your email is con fi rmed! If you prefer to call in your order, no worries! We’re happy to take your order via phone or enter a quote for you if needed.
