No Hurry Boat

Log House

The oldest building on grounds, built in the mid 1800s, the Log House is preserved as a museum and welcomes summer visitors.

A battery powered boat built for Victor and Jessie Lawson in 1905. Only two others like it were built, one for Thomas Edison and one for a Russian Czar.

Padelford Country Store

The Country Store is famous for its penny candy mini Tootsie ® Rolls in many flavors. Ice cream treats, camp supplies, firewood, and an inviting front porch is ideal for relaxing while enjoying a sweet treat.

At Troster Art Studios, you can work on your own or get personal instruction in ceramics, china decorating, jewelry making (cutting and setting semi- precious gemstones or crafting jewelry with beads) and stained glass.
