On behalf of the men and women of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO), welcome to Fulshear Katy! As Sheriff of a progressive and thriving county, I can assure you that Fort Bend is a safe place to live, work and play. Within the next few years, Fort Bend is projected to reach a population of over one million people. As the county continues to grow, so does the Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office was founded in 1837 and is one of the largest and most diverse law enforcement agencies within Fort Bend County. The FBCSO covers 885 square miles and includes 21 unincorporated communities. I am proud to serve as Sheriff to the most dedicated and committed men and women who risk their lives each day to ensure the safety of our neighbors. In 2022, the Sheriff’s Office inaugurated the Caleb Rule Public Safety Annex for community services for Fulshear area residents who may file a report or receive assistance from Sheriff’s deputies.
