Texana Center The Texana Center is a nonprof it organization whose mission is to serve people with behavioral health issues and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Texana Center has a par tnership with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as the Local Intellectual and Development and Disability Authority (LIDDA) and the local mental health authority. Texana works to provide discounted services to those in need through state general revenue funds, along with providing care to others who have Medicaid, private insurance, and managed care.
