Welcome to the Fulshear-Katy area! Now I may be just a tad biased about this area, as my family has called Katy home for years and we absolutely love it here. As you drive around and get familiar with the area, you will probably notice many out-of-state license plates. The addition of new jobs in recent years has drawn people here from across the U.S. and even around the world. The greater Houston real estate market has been among the top-per forming in the country, even throughout the pandemic. The year 2021 was a record one for home sales, and 2022 has gotten off to a strong start as well.
