CRAWFORD CHARGERS As the newest school in the district, there is naturally going to be some growing pains in each respective field of play. However, that doesn’t mean Crawford will be lacking talent by any means. Beginning with football, coach David Jackson will utilize the athleticism of players like Jacob Jolivet (Jr. RB), Jasyn Barrett (Jr. LB), Osagie Obasekie (Jr. OL), Nyheem Richardson (Jr. DB) and Justin Butler (Jr. WR), among others, as they compete in District 21-4A. On the volleyball court, keep an eye out for Brielle Perry (Jr. MB), Kristen Cox (So. DS), Khloe Barnes (Jr. L) and Kosaluchi Agbim (Jr. MB), who will be directed by coach Erin Smith. The Chargers cross country team had an impressive outing at district last Fall, which bodes well for the group as Aleah Jones, Manuel Flores, Famatta Everett and Leo Pan make their return.
