Just turn the crank mechanism and once it is fully open, slide the rafter arm up to the roller and tighten the rafter knobs. Now you can raise the roller with the lift handles to any desired pitch. It’s that simple. For an really taut canopy, backwind the crank. There’s never a need to re-tension your canopy. To close, reverse the steps and crank in the opposite direc-
