A community banker since 1980 and a 22-year veteran of FNBSM, Flores has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as the bank’s chief operating officer and executive vice president. She has been responsible for day-to-day management of the bank as well as client and community relations. Flores serves on several FNBSM committees, including its Loan, Trust, Compliance and Cyber Security committees. In addition to serving on the bank board, she has served on the Florida Bankers Association State Board, and is now on its Government Relations Committee.
