Headley Named to ‘40 Under 40 Community Bank Leaders’ List

D ema Headley, Senior Vice President and Director of Digital Banking at Climate First Bank in St. Petersburg, has been named among Independent Banker’s 40 Under 40: 2024 Community Bank Leaders. The sixth annual awards recognize insightful professionals who have continuously stepped up to lend a hand, offer a new perspective or make a difference in their communities.

Headley has become an advocate for financial ethics and inclusivity within community banking. Climate First Bank is a pioneer in values-driven banking, supported by Headley’s efforts in expanding its residential and commercial solar lending platform. Thanks to her leadership, the number of approved solar installers went from less than 100 to more than 200.

Kaduk Selected for ‘Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40’ for 2024

S anibel Captiva Community Bank’s Rachel Kaduk has been named a 2024 Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40 honoree. The award recognizes Southwest Florida rising stars who have made a unique contribution through their careers and in their communities, as well as a commitment to enriching the areas where they live and work. Kaduk joined the bank in 2020 as an interim loan operations

specialist to assist with the Small Business Administration Payroll Protection Program. She quickly earned a permanent position as a residential loan coordinator responsible for reviewing loan applications and preparing mortgage files for delivery to underwriting. This April, she was promoted to residential loan officer in the bank’s Bridge Branch location.

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank Announces Sponsorships, Named to Prestigious Lists, Opens On-Island Branch

As a house sponsor, the bank is donating over $150,000 to support new home construction costs for a Lee County family in need of affordable housing.
