Yantis (Conlon) is a graduate of Mainland High in Daytona Beach and earned her business degree from Stetson University in Deland, Fla. Yantis has been active in many community and civic organizations including the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Women Business Owners, and American Heart Association. Her speaking engagements have included the fraud prevention presentations and revenue cycle management discussions at conventions for the Indiana Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, Florida Rural Water Association, Emergency Department Physicians Medical Association, Florida Government Finance Officers Association, and the Florida Land Title Association. Intracoastal Bank announced the addition of Robbie Wilson as planning, budgeting, financial, compliance with banking regulations and adherence to policies and procedures. Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, Wilson was principal/owner of RCW Group. He comes to Intracoastal Bank with 20 years of business experience in accounting and finance. He has served in a range of areas during his business career including accounting, finance and consulting services for financial institutions, including Intracoastal Bank. He graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Accounting Concentration. He graduated from Utica College with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration Accounting. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida. Wilson has been active in many community and civic organizations including the USF Accounting Circle Board of Directors, Boys and Girls Club of Tampa, Merrymakers Club of Tampa and Junior Achievement. Michael Woody joined the bank as executive vice president and Florida market president. With over 18 years of financial industry experience, Woody previously served as chief lending officer for Professional Bank and held management roles at BankUnited and TD Bank. Steven Quinn joined the bank as Florida’s chief credit officer. Also bringing 15 years of banking experience to the team, Quinn spent most of his career at TD Bank and Professional Bank, managing the commercial bank underwriting team and overseeing the loan approval process. Mandi Friedman joined the bank as a private banker and senior vice president of lending. One of the top residential mortgage originators in South Florida, Friedman’s 25 years of experience included roles with Professional Bank and BankUnited. In addition to mortgage origination, Friedman is a seasoned private banker with significant experience managing extensive depository relationships. Cindy Rey joined the bank as a private banker and vice president of lending. Bringing over 25 years of banking experience to the team, she will provide direct support for private banking clients, assist in opening new client accounts, and onboard new loans. Melissa Norman joined the bank as senior vice president of portfolio management. Bringing over 20 years of banking experience with community and multinational banks to her new role, Norman will assist with project management, portfolio management, loan administration, and loan operations.
