In his most recent senior leadership role with that bank, he oversaw a $60 billion commitment portfolio and provided credit risk oversight for nine specialized lending portfolios. Stallings earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s in Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University. TALLAHASSEE Capital City Bank announced that Lee Ann Newton has been named transactional risk and fraud prevention officer. She joined the Capital City Bank team in 2019 with 14 years of prior banking management experience. Newton implements the fraud detection, prevention and response function of the bank, which includes responsibility for developing and coaching analysts and spearheading efforts to provide fraud prevention education to bank clients. She graduated from the Florida Bankers Association Supervisors Academy in 2000 and BSA/AML School in 2016 and received her Certified Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Specialist credential in 2018. Capital City Bank announced that Cindy Rawls has been named vice president of online banking and support. Rawls is a long-tenured associate with more than 35 years of service with Capital City Bank. As online banking and support manager, she oversees day-to-day operations for the Electronic Banking Services department, which provides maintenance and support for the online banking platform, electronic payment screening, e-document enrollment; online account opening processing and account reconciliations. In 2017, Rawls was named a top service leader at Star Summit, an annual recognition event where Capital City Bank honors the pinnacle of sales and service achievement. A graduate of Chipola College in Marianna, Fla., Rawls is a dedicated community advocate committed to helping create a stronger Leon County through her service with local civic organizations. She is president of the Havana Ladies Golf Association, an active volunteer with Havana Main Street and Warrick Dunn Charities and has served annually at the Red Hills Horse Trials since the event’s inception in 1998. Capital City Bank announced that Zeynep Solak has been named assistant vice president of project management. She joined the bank in 2021. As manager of the project management function, she directs the efforts of a three

person team of in-house project managers to ensure successful delivery of project objectives, advises internal managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches, and is responsible for defining and maintaining all project management standards and related processes. She holds Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Support and Network Administration from Minneapolis College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Solak is a passionate Down Syndrome advocate and serves as an IT consultant for the Down Syndrome Association of Turkey. Capital City Bank announced that Beverly Spath has been named vice president of central document imaging. Spath has more than 35 years of experience serving in operations management roles at community banks throughout Florida. As the central document imaging manager for the bank, she directs all activities and standards related to document imaging and retention operations. Spath graduated from St. Petersburg College and holds Banking and Banking Compliance certifications from the American Bankers Association and Emory University. She serves the local community by volunteering at the annual Red Hills Horse Trials and providing hot meals to homebound senior citizens as a regular participant with the Elder Care Services Meals on Wheels program.
