Mainstreet Community Bank Introduces New

Commercial Lender, Treasury Management Officer Mainstreet Community Bank introduced Joe Ganley as its newest Commercial Lender. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ganley brings 38 years of banking experience. He started his career in management training, then moved into branch management. From there, he jumped from small business banking to commercial real estate lending. The bank also welcomed Jacquie Conlon as its Treasury Management Officer. Conlon brings over 25 years of commercial lending and treasury management experience. She prides herself on advocacy on her clients’ behalf, providing expertise in treasury banking solutions and services to clients throughout Florida. Conlon is a graduate of Stetson University. SmartBank announced the promotion of Cynthia Cain to COO. Cain brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, business analysis, process improvement and program implementation. She joined SmartBank in 2019 and has held multiple senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Accounting Officer. The bank also announced the addition of Scott Bendure as Director of Private Banking and Wealth Management. With more than two decades of experience, Bendure brings a strong track record of aligning teams and accelerating growth.
