Three months after joining the bank, Kaduk transitioned to a permanent position as a residential loan coordinator responsible for reviewing loan applications and preparing mortgage files for delivery to underwriting. Kaduk is heavily involved in the community and is known for her extensive philanthropic work. She currently sits on several nonprofit boards, including the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral, Guardian Angels for Special Populations and the Southwest Florida Symphony. In addition, she is active with the Chamber of Southwest Florida and the Lee County Republican Liberty Caucus. This year, Kaduk was honored at the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral’s Chairman’s Gala and Excellence in Business Awards as a 2024 “Chamber Champion” for her ongoing dedication and contributions to the chamber’s work. The Chamber also recognized Kaduk in 2022 as the Government Affairs Committee Member of the Year. In 2023, Kaduk was chosen as one of 10 Southwest Florida women to receive the 2023 Acts of Kindness Award at the 7th Annual Women of Distinction Gala. She was recognized for her exceptional acts of kindness during the recovery efforts following the devastating impact of Hurricane Ian.

Earlier McArthur established his own successful consulting firm, Southern Capital Strategies (SCS), a Florida-based firm serving leaders of closely held firms, investors, lenders, and family offices. SCS combined its business consulting and family office advisory services with The Tampa Bay Trust Company to meet the expanding wealth management needs of SCS clients, while adding another highly experienced family office services professional to The Tampa Bay Trust team. McArthur’s engagements include executive roles in CRO, CFO, and CEO capacities. He is a past president of the Florida Chapter of Turnaround Management Associations (TMA), current board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Commercial Finance Association (CFA). He often participates in panel discussions on his areas of specialty. He is a graduate of Wofford College, Spartanburg, S.C., and assists area nonprofits by serving on their advisory boards.

He has decades of experience in construction, real estate development and running his family-owned business in Boston. In 2022, he was promoted to vice president and less than one year later, was promoted to senior vice president and senior loan officer. In 2023, he was named mortgage originator of the year for an outside
Beach. During his 17-year banking career, Monaco served in various capacities in business and consumer banking. In his new role, he will be a member of the bank’s leadership team responsible for all aspects of consumer banking including sales, service and operations in Northeast and East Central Florida. He will also be active in supporting the development and servicing of business banking relationships. Monaco graduated from SUNY Rockland College with an Associates of Science, Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. He is a native New Yorker who moved to Florida in 2011.
