Kaduk is heavily involved in the community and is known for her extensive philanthropic work. She currently sits on several nonprofit boards, including the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral, Guardian Angels for Special Populations and the Southwest Florida Symphony. In addition, she is active with the Chamber of Southwest Florida and the Lee County Republican Liberty Caucus. This year, Kaduk was honored at the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral’s Chairman’s Gala and Excellence in Business Awards as a 2024 “Chamber Champion” for her ongoing dedication and contributions to the chamber’s work. The Chamber also recognized Kaduk in 2022 as the Government Affairs Committee Member of the Year. In 2023, Kaduk was chosen as one of 10 Southwest Florida women to receive the 2023 Acts of Kindness Award at the 7th Annual Women of Distinction Gala. She was recognized for her exceptional acts of kindness during the recovery efforts following the devastating impact of Hurricane Ian.

McArthur’s engagements include executive roles in CRO, CFO, and CEO capacities. He is a past president of the Florida Chapter of Turnaround Management Associations (TMA), current board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Commercial Finance Association (CFA). He often participates in panel discussions on his areas of specialty. He is a graduate of Wofford College, Spartanburg, S.C., and assists area nonprofits by serving on their advisory boards.

Monaco graduated from SUNY Rockland College with an Associates of Science, Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. He is a native New Yorker who moved to Florida in 2011.
