WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2021 ROSEN SHINGLE CREEK, ORLANDO PHOTOGRAPHS BY BROOKE HARRISON, PUBLICATIONS DIRECTOR, FBA T he FBA held its 8th Annual Women in Leadership Conference Dec. 2-3 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando. This event is designed to encourage, support and inspire women to reach for leadership positions in their chosen industries.

Gwynn Davey served as chairwoman, presiding over the conference. FBA CEO Alex Sanchez was the luncheon speaker; he spoke about the importance of advocating for the Florida banking industry at every stage of one’s career. Empowering speakers shared presentations about goal setting, the power of nonverbal communication, creating work-life “rhythm,” delivering a customer-friendly experience, and more.
