Florida Trust Wealth Management announced Zachary Chichinski, CFA, CIPM, vice president, portfolio manager joined the Naples-area portfolio management team. Before joining Florida Trust, Chichinski was at Mariner for eight years, where he oversaw more than $5 billion in assets under advisement for institutional clients. He spent seven years as vice president and senior manager at BNY Mellon. A graduate of the University of Washington, Chichinski obtained his bachelor of arts degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance. His office is located at Florida Trust’s Goodlette-Frank Road office in Naples. The Trust also moved into downtown St. Petersburg, at City Center, in November. New team members at the location include local wealth management executives, Lucas DeVicente, CFP®, CTFA, Executive Vice President, Wealth Services; Matt Livesay, J.D., LL.M., Executive Vice President, Family Office Services; and April Stanton, Vice President, Client Services. Mainstreet Community Bank Announces Promotions, New Hires Mainstreet Community Bank promoted Shannon Marks to Executive Vice President. Marks brings over 35 years of experience in commercial banking, including commercial lending and SBA lending in senior management positions. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Marks earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He served as a board chairman for Forest Lake Education Center. The bank welcomed Dr. David Ramshaw, MD, FACS to its Board of Directors. With over 25 years as a general surgeon in Daytona Beach, Dr. Ramshaw is a shareholder in North Florida Surgeons — a multi-specialty surgical practice including partners in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Panama City and Pensacola. Dr. Ramshaw was on the board at Floridian Bank, a successful community bank in East Volusia. The bank announced Monica Tucker joined the team as Vice President Commercial Lender of East Volusia. Tucker graduated from Universidad Sergio Arboleda Bogota Colombia with a bachelors degree and the University of Akron with a master of business administration. With over 15 years of diverse financial experience, Tucker brings extensive industry knowledge to the role. She is excited to become actively involved in financial literacy initiatives. The bank introduced Courtney Gage as Retail Branch Administrator. Gage brings extensive experience in banking leadership, commercial lending and retail strategy. Known for her Waterfall Bank announced the appointment of David Moore as the bank’s CEO. Moore brings a wealth of banking experience, having held senior leadership roles at prestigious financial institutions. As CEO, he will be responsible for overall leadership of the bank and further elevating Waterfall Bank’s tailored banking solutions, concierge service offerings and digital banking solutions. Florida Trust Hires Chichinski, Moves into St. Pete River Bank & Trust Plans Destin Office, Hires Hayes Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Stubbs announced River Bank & Trust plans to open an office in Destin. This will be the Alabama-based community bank’s first venture across state lines. Veteran banker Brad Hayes will serve as Florida Panhandle Region President and join the bank's executive management team. Hayes brings more than two decades of banking experience in the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa markets, serving in leadership roles as market president, commercial banker, franchise manager and consumer sales manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Alabama and serves on the university’s Culverhouse Board of Visitors.
