He previously worked for Bankia and also Banca Nazionale del Lavoro in its London office, where he lived for two years. Lacasa holds leadership roles in various South Florida civic organizations, serving as a Board Member at the South Florida Banking Institute, the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the Center for Financial Training.
