Describe your role for the FBA. I’m thrilled to have joined the FBA this spring and I’m loving my new role. Our Communications Team is gearing up to implement several exciting initiatives from the FBA’s new strategic plan. I look forward to using our existing communications channels — and some new ones, too — to connect our members with the FBA and with each other. Our goal is to underscore the value members provide to their customers, and to highlight the amazing work they do in their communities and beyond! Favorite thing about the FBA? My amazingly talented boss and coworkers are the best part of the FBA. They’ve all been incredibly supportive and helpful as I’ve acclimated to my new role. Oh, and the extensive assortment of snacks — including Gina Rotunno’s home-baked treats, which regularly appear in the kitchen — are the icing on the FBA cake (pun intended).

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

My biggest bucket-list travel goal is to stay in an overwater bungalow in Bora-Bora. It’s a long flight, though, so I’m also exploring options closer to home. Do you have pets? I have two cats — Groucho Marx, an extremely talkative tuxedo kitty, and Sophia Rose — a.k.a. Fat Cat – who’s solid black. Owning a black cat negates the bad luck of having one cross your path!

What do you listen to on your morning commute?

I love listening to classic rock and R&B – those old songs wake me up and help get my day moving. I also make phone calls (via Bluetooth, of course!) to say “good morning” to the people I love.
