Pacific National Bank (PNB) announced the opening of its first full-service relationship banking branch in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The new branch will be led by an established team of seasoned New York bankers: Andy Munoz, SVP, Regional Managing Director: Andy will be responsible for the development and execution of the Bank’s presence in the New York City market. A lifelong New Yorker, he has more than 17 years of relationship banking experience. He most notably served 12 years at First Republic Bank where he helped grow and manage a $385MM branch. Sarah Tecla, SVP, Relationship Banking Officer: Sarah has 20+ years of experience with a proven track record of providing superior customer focused service. She will build and manage customer relationships, while driving growth through personalized financial services. Sarah has held senior sales positions at First Republic Bank, JPMorganChase and Flagstar Private Bank. 20+ years building trusted relationships and serving clients in the local market. He has held banking positions at First Republic Bank, JPMorgan Private Client and CitiBank. Wayne Young, VP, Branch Manager: Wayne, who has more than 22 years of banking experience, will be responsible for servicing and strengthening client relationships and providing support to the Relationship Banking Officers. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with Andy, Sarah and Christopher at previous institutions.

ServisFirst Welcomes Thompson to Advisory Board ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, announced the addition of Susan Thompson to the ServisFirst Bank Northwest Florida Advisory Board, effective February 2026. Thompson is the founding and managing member of Tallahassee-based real estate law firm Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Colón & Power, P.A. Thompson previously served on the Truist Bank Advisory Board. She is an honors graduate of the University of Florida (UF), earning a degree in finance, and received her Juris Doctor from the UF Levin College of Law. She made history as the first female officer of UF’s Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary. U.S. Century Bank SVP Carmona to Lead Business Banking Team U.S. Century Bank continues to expand its SBA and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending capabilities with the launch of Team Four, a new business-lending group led by Benito “Benny” Carmona, SVP/Team Leader. Carmona and his team will focus on supporting one of South Florida’s densest small-business high-growth areas, the Airport West market, encompassing Doral, Medley, East Hialeah and the Milan Dairy corridor from the Bank’s Doral headquarters. Carmona previously held the title of SVP/Business Banking Lender and has extensive experience across C&I, SBA 7(a) and 504 lending and CRE financing with more than 30 years of experience. He has been with U.S. Century Bank for 10 years. Carmona earned a master’s degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. He is an active member of the Belen Jesuit Alumni Association and has been a director and loan committee member of the Miami Bayside Foundation for 15 years.
