hallmark events were reestablished in 2024 as part of the organization’s post Hurricane Ian recovery. Additionally, the bank announced its title sponsorship of Champions 4 Children’s 11th annual C4C Event weekend in April. The fundraiser features current and former professional, Olympic and collegiate athletes. Event proceeds will support the Southwest Florida Chapter of Blessings in a Backpack, Valerie's House and CureSearch. With support from Robbie’s Riders, Grampy’s Charities and Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, five adaptive bicycles — each worth $3,000 to $5,000 — were presented to children at the bank’s Bridge Branch in Fort Myers. The bicycles allow recipients, all of whom are between 4 and 8 years old and have medical issues, to participate in activities with their families and peers. In March, all bank branches were drop-off locations for prom dresses and Point Store items benefitting PACE Center for Girls of Lee County. The Point Store is a critical component of PACE’s positive behavior system to motivate and celebrate students’ achievements.
