Crews Bank & Trust Promotes DeFranco to Business Relationship Banker Crews Bank & Trust leadership has promoted Heidi DeFranco to Business Relationship Banker. DeFranco joined the bank in 2021 as a Personal Banker. In her new role, DeFranco will be responsible for business development with new and existing customers. She will also work to uphold the bank’s purpose of building relationships that span generations. Originally from Salem, Mass., DeFranco has called Sebring home since 2020. She has over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the banking industry holding previous roles such as Lead Teller, Customer Service Representative and Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager. Sanibel Captiva Community Bank Announces Promotions, New Hires, Board Member Sanibel Captiva Community Bank announced hiring Sandy Inness as the bank’s residential loan operations manager. Inness will oversee the day-to day operations of the residential loan operations department. She joins the bank with over 20 years of experience in residential loan processing, underwriting and management. In her previous roles, she was recognized as a top mortgage processor and honored for her exceptional customer service and leadership skills. Leslie Donfrancesco-St. Jean has joined the bank as a teller at the bank’s Main Office on Sanibel. She is responsible for assisting customers with personal and business banking transactions. Donfrancesco-St. Jean has an extensive background in retail management, real estate, restaurant operations and banking. Amy Breault has rejoined the bank as a compliance assistant at the Bridge Branch in Fort Myers. She supports the compliance department by assisting in the monitoring process to ensure the bank adheres to regulatory requirements. She will also assist in various reporting requirements, special projects and managing compliance documentation.
