Frost currently holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA).

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta announced the appointment of Joseph (Joe) Davidson as senior vice president of its Supervision and Regulation (S&R) Division, effective February 16. Davidson will oversee the Atlanta Fed’s supervision of

state member banks, bank and financial holding companies, and U.S. branches and agencies of foreign banking operations. Davidson will report to Atlanta Fed president and CEO Raphael Bostic, and serve as a member of the bank’s Executive Leadership Committee. He will also serve on the Federal Reserve System’s Supervision Committee. Davidson comes to the Atlanta Fed from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where he had served as senior vice president of the Seventh District’s S&R Division since 2018. In that role, he reported to S&R’s executive vice president and oversaw the division’s talent management, finance, business operations and analytics, quality management, conflicts of interest, applications and enforcement, and technology and records management functions. He joined the Federal Reserve in 1999 as a retail payments analyst in Chicago and later served as a compliance and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) examiner and managing examiner. He was promoted to assistant vice president of consumer compliance and CRA in 2010, and then to vice president in 2012. Davidson has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kalamazoo College in Michigan. Davidson will fill the leadership responsibilities held by Supervision, Regulation, and Credit senior vice president Doris Quiros, who retired at the end of March.

Jessica Smith has joined Sanibel Captiva Community Bank as a compliance assistant in the bank’s compliance department, located in the Bridge Branch. She is responsible for assisting the compliance officer with the day-to-day compliance

The Naples Trust Company announced the addition of Kristian R. Jhamb , CFA, senior vice president, senior portfolio manager to the investment

management team. He will be responsible for monitoring client portfolios, analyzing investment opportunities, and advising his clients on activities that will help them meet their financial goals. Jhamb is an experienced professional with more than 20 years of diverse domestic and international investment expertise, conducting deep fundamental research across sectors, cycles, asset classes, and geographies. His most recent position was as a portfolio manager and senior strategist for Lone Star Capital, a macro fund based in Hong Kong. Prior to that role, he was an equity analyst researching large cap banks at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods of San Francisco and New York, and earlier, an equity research analyst responsible for the consumer and media sectors at J.P. Morgan. Jhamb began his career in fixed income research and proprietary trading at Bank of America in New York on the high yield desk. He holds an MBA in finance, accounting, and economics from the University of Chicago’s Booth School, a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics following studies at Dartmouth College, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
