In Remembrance of Leona Katorski

LEONA KATORSKI Leona was a devout Catholic who lived her faith through her love for her family, friends and service to others. She was a strong supporter and avid fundraiser for the annual Society of Saint Vincent de Paul Friends of the Poor Walk. And in 2012, she was one of the first recipients of Catholic Financial Life’s Archbishop Listecki Servant of the Poor Awards, in recognition of her efforts. She was active in her parish, a member of the ChristianWomen Society, and served as a Eucharistic Minister at Mass and at St. Luke’s Hospital. She had the heart of a caregiver, and was always willing to help, no matter how big or small the need. We ask you to keep Leona’s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren in your prayers. LEONA KATORSKI, 75-YEAR MEMBER OF CATHOLIC FINANCIAL LIFE, PASSED AWAY IN JULY. WE ARE DEEPLY SADDENED BY HER PASSING AND CONTINUE TO REMEMBER LEONA AND HER FAMILY IN OUR PRAYERS.

Eternal rest grant unto Leona, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.

As a Catholic organization that believes strongly in the power of prayer, we encourage you to pray for all of our member intentions. If you or someone you know needs the prayers of others, we invite you to submit your intentions to our Prayer Network. Intentions will be prayed for by the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, in Masses held quarterly in the Home Office’s All Saints Chapel and anyone who feels called to visit our Prayer Network to pray for the intentions of others. To submit your intentions or find someone in need of your prayers, visit cfl.org/prayer.
